The My Notifications Settings tab allows you to view and manage the upload and download notifications you receive for the workspaces in your site. Clicking on the tab displays a list of all workspaces along with "Upload" and "Download" checkboxes to the right of each workspace. By placing a check in a box next to Upload and/or Download, you are indicating that you wish to receive an email notification each time a file is uploaded and/or downloaded from that workspace. No checks indicates you will not receive any notifications (unless the user uploading manually includes your name in the recipient's list).
At the top of the page are options to assist with determining which workspaces you want to receive notifications for. Checking "Turn on Upload (or Download) Notifications for all future workspaces" allows you to automatically be set to receive notifications for workspaces created in the future. When a new workspace is created (either by you or another Admin), you will automatically be set to receive Upload and/or Download notifications for it. You can return to this tab at any time and change the settings for any workspace you wish.
"Select All Upload (Download)" options allows you to check a single box and enable all Upload and/or Download notifications for all workspaces currently displayed. This allows for quick and easy selection of notifications for all (or most) workspaces. Checking the boxes again will deselect all workspaces.
Be sure to click "Update Notifications Settings" to save your changes.
NOTE: Admins can only change the notifications settings for themselves and regular users. They cannot change the notification settings for other Admins.
