If you're trying to upload/send a file and you don't see the blue "Upload Files" button (and "or Cancel" text to the right of it), try these suggestions:
- Be sure at least one file has been added to the gray area on the left side of the screen. The button won't show until a file is selected for upload.
- Make sure the browser is fully maximized by clicking the square/rectangle to the left of the "Close window X" in the upper-right corner of the browser window. If the window appears to get smaller instead of bigger, click it again.
- If the Upload Files button still isn't visible, adjust the Zoom setting on the browser. On Internet Explorer, click on the Tools icon (that looks like a gear) right below the "Close window X" in the upper right-corner, roll over Zoom and click "Zoom out" once or twice. If using any other browser, click on the three vertical dots below the "Close window X" (or three horizontal lines in the case of Firefox) and click the minus button (-) once or twice.
